A former Media Executive, Liz established her background in marketing communication as a VP of Sales & Marketing at some of the worlds leading media publishers.  Having a passion for entrepreneurship, Liz P. Communications was born. As the companies CEO and Leading Lady, Liz specializes in developing brand strategies that help her clients skyrocket their business success.

Liz challenges conventional thinking and opens minds to new possibilities. When not coaching with clients, Liz enjoys reading, watching classic movies (Hitchcock and anything featuring Doris Day & Rock Hudson are amongst her favorites), spending time with her hunky husband and four “fur” kids. An avid shoe and handbag queen, Liz enjoys adding new items to her court of accessories. On occasion, she lifts weights and has a passion for yoga... you’ve got to be fit to strut in those shoes!

Jamie Seitz is a stay-at-home mommy of three beautiful kids and a self-proclaimed queen of organization and scheduling.  She has to be in order to juggle the never ending daily demands of mothering children under the age of five… and working as Liz Pabon’s Mastermind Coordinator and Assistant Extraordinaire!

In her free time Jamie loves to play sports and watch movies with her husband, teaches Water Boot Camp in the pool, works out at her local gym, and thoroughly enjoys meeting her Tuesday Night Ladies Book Club for dinner every month to discuss what they’ve been reading.  Jamie satisfies her passion and pre-children career of teaching by also working as a private tutor and freelance educational writer.

She sold her home to become a VA! Lisa was a single mom and had a decision to make... go back to the corporate environment and have little flexibility or take the leap and have faith that the net will appear. She felt so strongly in setting an example for her daughter, living life on her terms, having her life’s work be meaningful and flexible that she decided to take the leap.

Lisa's career started in corporate America later moving on to help her family build their business. After burning out on that lifestyle and having little time with her daughter, Lisa knew there had to be a better way.  That's when she decided to take the leap and start her VA practice.

She has built her practice around the belief that she can have the business of her dreams while having fun living life and having a great time helping her clients do the same. The net did appear!
